Q: Do you supply all services yourself?

A: YES we do, unlike some organisations who have to source the items seperately, we keep all of our products in stock, ready to go.

Q: Do you also provide marquees, tables, chairs etc?

A: NO we don't. Unlike some organisations who have a variety of services, we prefer to specialise and concentrate on our core service only....RED CARPET..... we don't own a carpet shop, we don't hire marquees, we don't hire tables or chairs, what we do do is hire RED CARPET and we are the only specialist in the country!

Q: Can I just hire the chrome stanchions and rope?

A: yes, please contact us for further details and cost.

Q: Could my red carpet be taken from the church to the reception?

A: Yes, we can discuss this further when you contact us.

Q. Do you supply, pink, blue, gold, black, navy with pink spots carpet?

A. errrr no, we specialise in RED carpet!

Q: Do you offer red carpet on stairs?

A: This is not always possible, but we will try to if we can.

Q. We're a charity looking to do an event for the XY and Z cause, we're on a tight budget and wondered if you would be interesting in donating a red carpet in return for free advertising?

A. If we had a £1 for every one of these enquiries we'd be on a beach someone very warm. Look, really sorry but we're in business, we do on occasion support local causes if they are for good reason. We still have fuel costs to cover etc. etc. Do feel free to ask but don't feel let down if we have to decline.

Q. Demi Moore and Rob Lowe are visiting our local village hall and wondered if you'd like to supply the carpet FOC in return for some photo's?

A. And I'm holding the winning lottery ticket!

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: Our current standard pricing is based on delivery to Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, however we are able to offer National delivery to any other location at an additional cost. Plenty of notice is needed if you are out of area.

Q. What size of carpet do you offer?

A. This is a very common question. The fact is we keep various sizes of carpet in stock, normally either 1m, 1.75m or 2m in width, in various lengths. Our standard tariff pricing is based on these sizes. If you require sizes outside of these ranges then this becomes a tailored service. It would be very helpful if you can do a rough measure of the sizes you need. Please be careful of door widths, do not guess, the Carpet cannot be cut when we arrive on site and this will obvioulsy cause disappointment.

Q. How much notice do you need?

A. In simple terms as much as possible, we have been known to perform miracles but needing a Carpet in Southampton two days from now might be stretching it! Summertime gets very busy so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. For Weddings we'd normally say 12 months in advance.

Q. What surfaces can you use?

A. Solid ground gives a better effect but we can also do gravel and grass. If it's a marquee on grass then we ask you to organise a boarded floor area to extend from the entrance, this protects the carpet from the inevitable English weather! Please check the surface that's going to be used before you contact us.

Q. Can I pay for my hire services via PAYPAL?

A. Yes, let us know if this is preferred and we'll send you an invoice via PAYPAL. This is ideal if it's a rush job as we won't take it as a firm booking until we have received your payment.
